Care: Den. stratiotes should be in bright light with medium water/fertilizers and good air circulation, reduced waterings as temperature falls.

Den. stratiotes blooms in spring to summer, March to August, 2" flowers with white petals/sepals and purple-veined lips on pendulous spikes emerged from top nodes of matured stems, fragrant. Blooms last 2 weeks up to 4 weeks.
